We're party people, and 13 years ago we decided to get in to the party business. We are Karen & Nick and we've been married for over 35 years and both have had careers running 24hr businesses both here in the UK, and across Europe. We started Tilly's small and we've got to our happy size now. All of our customers are on first name terms and feel they can pick up the phone to ask us anything!

We run the whole show from our premises based in South Lincolnshire. The converted stables give home to not only the office, but most of the storage area needed for the day to day business.

Our core team run with us all year, and every spring we recruit a team of seasonal workers, some of which come back year after year. Whilst summer is busy with weddings, the bars, hire shop, games and fairground tick along all year round.
